• Cancellation made within 2 days of arrival day, will incur a loss of 100% of the total booking price.
• A $20 cancellation fee applies to all refunds.
• No shows will incur full amount.

• The name “BREAKWATER Motel” will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
• All transactions will be billed in NZD Dollars
